West Coast Swing Sacramento Online
West Coast Swing Sacramento is a couple dance swing style after the Lindy Hop. Practiced for nearly 40 years in the United States, mainly on the west coast. It is characterized by 5 base passes, highly elastic movements of the partners, either individually or relative to another and finally a virtually permanent connection partners.
It leaves much to improvisation, to the fun, and of course musicality. Solo dancers find a freedom of significant movement (the footstep of an online dancer or body isolations break-dancer).
This dance experiencing exponential growth since it adapts to a wide range of musical styles: Pop, Funk, Dance, Country, Jazz, Blues, R & B, Disco, Rap, Rock, Hard Rock, Ragga and even Kizomba recently. On slow rhythms as fast from 80 to 120 BPM.
Therefore, it affects several generations and several cultural backgrounds and environments! Place of performance is huge both for the rider (leader) that the rider (follower).
